Q - Does this handle work with the newer Hydro Flasks?

A - Our current version does not work with the newer Hydro Flasks with the straight necks. 

 Q - Does this handle work with narrow mouth bottles?

A - Our current version works with most wide mouth bottles that have a lip for the ring to go under but it does not work with narrow mouth bottles. 

 

Q - What size water bottles does this water bottle handle work with? 

A - Most wide mouth water bottles (12oz to 64oz)

 

Q - Is your company based overseas? 

A - Nope. We're right here in the USA.

 

Q - Is there any easier way to put the ring on the bottee?

A - If you're having a hard time pushing the ring below the rung, try using a blowdryer to heat it up first. 

 

Q - What brands does this water bottle handle work with? 

A - It works with the 1st generation Hydro Flask, Takeya, Simple Modern, Iron Flask, Hyro Cell, Nalgene, and many more. 

 

Q - Do you have matching hydro flask stickers? 

A - Unfortunately we don't have matching hydro flask stickers right not but we might in the future. 

 

Q - Do you have any other hydro flask accessories or other brand water bottle accessories? 

A - We don't have any other hydro flask accessories at this time. 

 

Q - I ordered more than one handle but I only received one handle. 

A - All of the handles are packaged individually and shipped separately. So you might receive one handle one day and another the next day. 

 

 

01. RETURN POLICY

A chill. handle can be returned within 30 days of its purchase date for a full refund. To process the return, the item must be returned with the original tags still attached and in new condition. Sends returns to:

Please include your order number with your return. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 days of receipt of the return package. If you have received a product that is defective, please take pictures of the product and product tag and send an email along with your 6-digit order number to support@chillhandle.com

The source of all Personal Information we have gathered is this website.

Commercial reasons we have collected Personal Information about customers in the last 12 months:

To make such a request, please send an email to privacy@pattern.com with "Request for California Privacy information" in the subject line. You may make such a request up to once per calendar year. If applicable, we will provide to you via email a list of the categories of information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the third parties' names and addresses.
